Welcome to the Avatel Telecom application.

If you are a customer of Avatel Telecom, this application provides comprehensive access to information regarding all your subscribed lines.

Within this application, you will be able to:

• View the contracted tariffs for each of your lines and their specific features. If you have multiple lines, you can access detailed information for each one.
• Configure data sharing settings across your shared Tariffs.
• Monitor your consumption in real-time, including gigabytes used, minutes, SMS sent, and additional charges such as calls to non-included numbers (e.g., 90x numbers or international calls).
• Set up voicemail, call forwarding, or call waiting services.
• Review active restrictions on your lines, such as roaming restrictions or premium SMS limits, to prevent any unexpected charges. Additionally, you can set a monthly spending cap in euros per line.
• Access the factory PIN and PUK codes for each mobile line, should they not have been changed.
• Lock your line or any of your subscribed lines in case of loss or theft. This requires opening the application or installing it on another device if the line you wish to block was using the app.
